Devices most commonly used are computers, palm pilots, tablet PCs, or original manufactured devices and are often used to administer surveys, capture data, or other remote tasks like registration. Suppliers of onsite hardware offer turnkey solutions and are responsible for setup, maintenance, and administration of the hardware.
